Event Interaction - What is it?
Conferences and events are all about communication. We can offer an Event Interaction system that allows ALL of your delegates the chance to voice their opinion, ask a question, test their understanding or simply to give a comment. Clients and delegates who have used our system see and reap the benefits. We are competitively priced and we will go that extra mile to give you the best service possible and ensure your conference is a success.
Our main system comes in the form of compact mini laptops which allows delegates to answer questions and type free text using a qwerty keyboard. Each unit has its own long life battery ensuring longevity throughout a full conference day. The software was designed in house by our programmer and it is continually being improved to enhance the system and offer new features.
We can assign each unit to an individual delegate or, as most clients require, make the units anonymous. We find that the latter is most used and there is better quality and honesty of comments !
We can show the comments and questions from your delegates as they are sent in or you can handpick the questions for a Q & A session later on in the day. Or if you are particularly resourceful you can mould breakout sessions from the ideas and comments for group discussions. We have many options and ideas we can share with you in your pre conference planning discussions.
Abstract Niche can also offer Event Interaction Voting Keypads. These electronic devices quickly record audience member answers to questions during conference, meeting, training and survey events. A cost effective method of ensuring each delegate remains involved in the interactive process. These small compact keypads collect valuable data fast and effectively. They can be used to test understanding of new concepts, ideas, processes, a whole variety of business topics, thus ultimately improving retention and comprehension. The instantaneous results gained can identify delegate feedback, priorities and areas of improvement, thus accelerating decision making and highlighting topics of discussion. We will only offer the Keypads if the mini laptops are also hired.
Most clients usually prefer one Delegate Messaging unit per delegate and this makes the voting keypads void, however, if budgets are tight then usually 2 or 3 units per table will suffice for interactivity. If there is voting involved then a keypad per delegate can be organised which is reasonably cost effective.
