Each delegate received one of our interactive units to participate in the discussion and interact with the speakers giving some eye opening statistics on how social media features in their marketing activities.

Event Registration - What is it?
Our Event Registration site is a simple to use delegate registration system which can be branded seamlessly into your corporate identity. The secure administration function can be used by a designated company administrator to monitor delegate registration and a whole host of other useful management functions, making conference registration simple to administer.
Delegates
We provide a secure login facility for all delegates and they are able to change their password to something more memorable. They then have to fill out a customised form which you, the client has control over. Certain fields are mandatory and the form will be set to 'pending' until all mandatory fields are completed.
As each delegate is invited to a conference they are sent an 'invitation' to the event and this will show up on their account. They will be emailed all relevant documents and will have the facility of paying for the event online and travel and hotel accommodation can also be arranged.
The Administrator
We will set you up as an administrator and you will have a secure login to monitor and set up the events as you wish. You have the option of letting us take the strain and setting the conference up for you or for a set fee we can train you to set up your own conferences. The number of conferences that you can set up is unlimited. A simple 'conference closed' function is in place under the administration mode and this directs delegates to a reservation list or another route as you require.
Interactive clickable charts pictorially show the progress of attendee registration and highlights those yet to register. Delegate information can be transferred to excel spreadsheets for conference use and for other marketing and database purposes.
We provide a secure login function for your delegates which can be company branded. Many clients like to utilise our pre-conference questionnaire function to gage attendee expectations, questions and formulate conference structure around this feedback.
Delegate registration can be tied into our Event Interaction Delegate Messaging Units and combined with a post-conference questionnaire this makes our system a truly powerful tool for measuring conference success.
